Guidelines/Rules for Sellers

Welcome to iBizSeller's online listing service for the sale of your hotel, motel, inn, resort or bed & breakfast. To list your hotel, motel, lodge, inn, resort or bed & breakfast we ask that you follow these simple guidelines.

Submission Requirements:

  • Basic Plan: Cost is $10 for 1 year.

  • Intermediate Plan: Costs is $30 for 1 year. Intermediate listings are display ahead of all basic listings.

  • Premium Plan: Costs is $50 for 1 year and includes all items on the Intermediate plan, plus one rotating picture of your property on iBizMotel.

  • All listing run for 1 year unless you cancel early. Fees are not prorated if you cancel early.

  • Only hotels, motels, lodges, inns, resorts or bed & breakfast will be accepted. Other types of businesses must be listed in the applicable area of iBizSeller.

  • Prospective buyers will only see the business information you submit. Initial contact by a prospective buyer will be directly to you through a "blind" e-mail message. Under a "blind" e-mail system, the sender does not have access to your e-mail address. The e-mail will also indicate whether the sending party is a "buyer" or "intermediary". How you choose to respond to e-mails is up to you. Your e-mail address and other contact information will be used by iBizSeller for internal purposes only and will not be released to anyone without your prior permission. iBizSeller does review buyers e-mails to try and keep spam to a minimum.

  • The Seller's Listing Form must be filled out completely.

  • Once your advertisement is posted, you may go back in and change anything in the ad as often as you would like. Use the links listed below, or the Seller Login on the Main page, to make any changes or delete your listing.

  • You are allowed to put in thre (3) pictures of your business for sale. Please read the directions carefully. If you don't have the means to submit a picture, but would like to, contact iBizSeller for further instructions. Pictures will help sell your business.

  • You are solely responsible for the contents of your ad.

  • If your e-mail address changes, it is your responsibility to upgrade your listing to reflect your new e-mail address. Listings with invalid e-mail addresses will be automatically deleted without notification.

  • Method of payment is PayPal which requires a credit card. If you would like to list your property but are unable to use a credit card, contact iBizSeller for instructions before you list your property for sale.
